Notice is hereby given that the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of Maben Nidhi Ltd. will be held on Friday, 25th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at Latha Convention Centre Valapad, Thrissur, Kerala - 680567. The Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting along with Annual Report 2025-26 are available in this website and also at all Branch offices of the Company. The financial statements with enclosures are affixed at the notice Board of the Company and it can be inspected at the registered office of the company. In compliance with the Sec. 20(2), the Annual Report 2025-26 and the Notice of the 33rd AGM are being sent through electronic mode to those members, who hold shares of more than one thousand rupees in face value whose email addresses are registered with the Company. A member is entitled to vote either in person or through duly appointed proxy.
